Our Mission

Hi! My name is Yolanda. Our mission is to inspire and entertain audiences through the art of dance. We strive to create beautiful and meaningful performances that showcase the talent and hard work of our dancers. I've been teaching dance for over 20 years to children and adults. As a teenager I started dancing at the Ballet Academy in Oxnard, CA. I realized I loved it so much I began taking additional classes at That's Dancin' dance studio in Camarillo, CA. and Westside School of Ballet in Santa Monica, CA. I then had the pleasure of dancing with the Dolores Terry Dance Production Company in Japan. From there I moved to New York City to study in the Certificate Program at the Alvin Ailey American Theatre. Afterward I moved to Italy to dance and teach with Blue Shadow Ballet and Associazione Culturale Progetto Danza. Finally, I had the wonderful opportunity of performing with the Ventura College Musical & Opera Workshop. My experience as a dance teacher has allowed me to work with children and youth through the Conejo Valley Recreation and Park District, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Conejo Valley, and the City of Oxnard Recreation and Community Services. I'm so excited to share my knowledge and experience of dance with our youth.
